Translators and Interpreters
TIS National provides operator-assisted access to an immediate phone interpreter in over 150 languages. Our friendly receptionist will be able to arrange a translator, if needed, for yourself or a family member

Services for the Hearing Impaired
Deaf Connect provide AUSLAN interpreters Australia-wide. Our receptionist will be able to arrange a translator on-site or via video.
National Relay Service (NRS)
The NRS can help you if you are d/Deaf or find it hard to hear or speak to hearing people on the phone. You will need to register to use the NRS – this is easy and only needs to be done once. To register online or to learn more, click here.
Access to the centre and accessibility options
The Clem Jones Wellness Precinct has considered access for all people. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible toilets located on the same level at
the entrance of the practice.
