You may not always be able to attend a face-to-face GP appointment at The Practice at Clem Jones Centre. We understand that travelling and being in a GP waiting room when you are sick is hard.
We offer Telehealth appointments by telephone. Not all questions or concerns can be managed through Telehealth appointments and you may need to be re-booked for a face-to-face appointment.

If you have not had a face to face appointment in the past 12 months, you can still have a telephone consultation, however this will be a private fee with no Medicare rebate.
